Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Medical Writer  to work  in Philadelphia, PA.

This is a Contract job opportunity.

Must haves: (Will automatically reject if they do not meet the below and if it is not Clearly shown on resume)

·  8+ years of Medical Writing experience in the Pharma industry

·  8+ years of writing experience in support of Oncology

·  8+ years of FDA and other regulatory Submission experience.

·   CSR experience 

MUST HAVE: 8+ years of Oncology (all phases) AND submission experience to be considered. 

Overview:

. Will be responsible for coordinating medical writing activities for Medical Writing projects.

. Knowledge of the utilization and implementation of sponsor related style guides

· Participate in proposal preparation and resource allocation

· Proactively manage timelines for medical writing deliverables

· Represent Medical Writing at bid defenses and internal meetings

· Assist in the development of key messaging and operational procedures

· Ability to review and understand client report templates and style guides

· Develop/maintain medical writing SOPs.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or equivalent

· At least 8+ years’ experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical/CRO industry

· CSR experience

· Prior Client Interaction experience

· Advanced word processing skills (Microsoft Word) including proficiency with tables

· Strong organization and prioritization skills

· Attention to detail/high degree of accuracy

· Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and interact with clients

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

· Good communication skills

· Exposure and familiarity with relevant ICH and FDA guidelines

· Understanding of templates and styles.
